Omu Raisu

I followed a rice omelette recipe from Japan. I added brown rice, fried seafood and mushrooms and cheese to mine. Delicious!

Waste not, want not. Baking pumpkin seeds in a little oil and adding some herbs and salt makes a great snack!

Pumpkin and Couscous Cereal

I love pumpkins and I am always amazed by how cheap they are around Halloween.


I decided to try something else for breakfast instead of my usual oatmeal. This was very easy to make. I added some raising, cardamon and coconut oil to make the taste more interesting.

 I used mint leaves, apple cider vinegar, olive oil and lemon juice to marinade the fish.
