Coconut Fish Curry

I can't believe I'd never thought of making fish curry before! It was so easy to make and tasted delicious! I didn't use any tomatoes. Recipe here

    I love fish curry, although when I make it I usually just opt for the quick way out and buy the Nandos Coconut Curry Marinade, or the Thai House Red Curry package.. yours looks so yummy!
